Kokoro Kouki (幸希 心 Kōki Kokoro), alias name Shii (しー Shī), is one of the six main characters of Do It Yourself!! anime series.
Profile[]
A classmate who attends the same elite school as Purin. An energetic girl who acts impetuously, has outstanding acrobatic abilities, and is full of curiosity. Her school is blessed with the latest classes, facilities, and a luxurious student dormitory. Still, it is not enough for an environment with many serious students, and she is interested about the DIY Club of the school next door, which seems to be fun.[1]

Shii has long black hair, brown eyes, and rosy red cheeks.
In her uniform, she wears a white dress shirt with a red ribbon, a navy pleated skirt with watermelon, and a yellow-colored sweater tied to her waist. She also wears cyan pants with a white vertical stripe going down the left and right sides of the legs and white and red shoes.
Personality[]
Shii is a classmate who attends the same elite school as Purin. She grew up as the daughter of a wealthy family with a vast estate in Southeast Asia and has been friends with Haruko since childhood. She has a very friendly personality, good acrobatic , and behaves like a cat. She has been interested in the DIY Club room for a long time, and she eventually became an external member of the DIY Club.[2]

Etymology[]
- The name Kokoro means "heart, mind, soul" (心).
- Kokoro's surname Kouki means "fortune, happiness, good luck/luck" (幸 kou) and "hope, rare" (希 ki).
Trivia[]
- Her full name comes from "koukishin" (好奇心, lit. "curiosity") and Shii is a nickname that comes from the last kanji letter "shin" (心).
