Miku Suride (須理出 未来 Suride Miku), alias name Purin (ぷりん), is one of the six main characters of Do It Yourself!! anime series.
Profile[]
A childhood friend of her next door neighbor, Serufu. A solid person with excellent grades who attends an elite school. She works hard on everything and is eager to improve. When she was little, she used to get along with Serufu, but nowadays she is a little nervous and a bit . She got the nickname "Purin" because of her habit of inflating her cheeks when she got angry.[1]
Appearance[]
Purin has short dark blue hair and reddish-pink eyes.
In her uniform, she wears a white long-sleeve shirt with a green tie, usually covered by a sweater vest, a dark blue pleated skirt with a green line at the bottom, black tights, and black monk shoes.
Personality[]
Purin has been good friends with Serufu since childhood, but she is awkward. However, she just doesn't get her sense of distance, and she's actually always trying to come closer. She is called "Purin" because of her habit of puffing up when she gets angry.

Etymology[]
- The name Miku means "future" (未来).
- Miku's surname Suride means "ought, by all means, necessarily/necessary" (須 su), "reason, logic" (理 ri) and "exit, leave, go out/come out/put out/coming out, protrude" (出 de).
Trivia[]
- Her alias name is derived from "printer" when she is working on a 3D printer, or "pudding" when Jobko called her in "Does DIY Mean Why Did You Suddenly Show Up?".
